Client

A Canterbury founded accounting practice using a wide range of innovative solutions & tech to offer pragmatic business advisory services to their clients including Individuals, Families, Investors, Not-For-Profits, and SMEs. Their Directors take pride in delivering outstanding service to their clients while maintaining a friendly, cohesive practice where everyone has a voice.

Role

As a Senior Accountant you will engage with clients and collaborate with your team to:

• Review and complete financial statements - year end, tax, management accounts

• Prepare cash flow statements, forecasts, and budgets

• Develop junior team members

• Support Directors with project work including valuations, capital projects, and technical solutions

Skills & Experience

Ideally you will have experience in an accounting practice and can work well in a team. You will also need:

• CA qualification + 3 years PQE (post qualified experience)

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Great Xero experience

• A friendly, collaborative attitude
