The Role
This is a high-impact, hybrid role that combines core financial tasks with the essential "glue" that keeps a professional office running.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable: Managing the full AP cycle, including month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
Supplier Management: Taking ownership of supplier applications and maintaining vendor contracts.
Payroll & Finance Admin: Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining critical finance and administration documentation.
Office Coordination: Handling reception duties, managing mail, and ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day.
What You Will Bring
We are looking for a "can-do" personality who is just as comfortable with an AP ledger as they are answering a client's phone call.
Relevant Experience: A solid background in Accounts Payable, invoicing, and payroll.
Versatility: You genuinely enjoy a "mixed bag" role and are happy to chip in with general admin duties to support the wider team.
The Right Attitude: A positive outlook and excellent communication skills. This firm has a genuine "family feel," so you'll be interacting with everyone from the Directors to the clients!
